The definition of sajda-e-tilawat has been explained in Durre Mukhtar (vol 1, pg 515) as follows:
سجدتين بين تكبيرتين مسنونتين و بين قيامين مستحبين (Sajda-e-tilawat refers to two sajdas performed between two masnoon takbeers and two mustahab standings.)
We thus understand that saying Allahu Akbar before and after the sajda is masnoon and commencing the sajda from the standing posture and returning to the standing posture after the sajda is mustahab.
