{"id":14073,"date":"2016-07-20T06:40:43","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T06:40:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alhaadi.org.za\/new\/?p=14073"},"modified":"2018-02-05T05:05:39","modified_gmt":"2018-02-05T05:05:39","slug":"the-sign-of-true-imaan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alhaadi.org.za\/?p=14073","title":{"rendered":"The Sign of True Imaan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Moulana Muhammad Ilyaas (rahmatullahi \u2018alaih) once mentioned:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sign of true imaan within a person is that he begins to find total pleasure and comfort in the things that are pleasing to Allah Ta\u2018ala and His Rasul (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) and he finds total displeasure and discomfort in the things that are displeasing to Allah Ta\u2018ala and His Rasul (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). Just as pain is felt by the strike of a sword, similarly pain is perceived by the poke of a needle. Just as Allah Ta\u2018ala and His Rasul (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) become displeased with major sins such as kufr and shirk, similarly they become displeased with the minor sins committed by the servants. We should therefore hate sinning and feel pain when we commit sins.
