Hazrat Moulana Ashraf Ali Thaanwi (rahimahullah) once mentioned the following:
Nowadays, people very bravely explain the masaa-il of Fiqh. As for myself, then from all the sciences of Deen, I feel most fear when explaining the masaa-il of Fiqh (as it relates to the laws of sharee‘ah). The masaa-il of Fiqh are extremely sensitive (as every person is not capable of understanding the limits of Deen). Every person should definitely not get involved in trying to explain the masaa-il of Fiqh.
