Generally when something new is invented, then man proudly attributes it to his own personal doing. He completely and conveniently forgets Allah Ta‘ala who solely inspired that thought and idea in his mind. If all inventions were merely the product of man’s doing, then why were so many inventions that brought about ease and comfort, only invented in this era and not centuries ago?

The reality is that with the passing time man has become weaker. Thus to make things easier, Allah Ta‘ala inspired man with an invention to bring about that desired level of comfort. Perfection is when man, upon the completion of each and every invention, humbles himself and acknowledges it as the doing of Allah Ta‘ala. He firmly believes that behind every inventor is the power of One Creator. That Allah Ta‘ala alone controls the coming of all inventions into this world; its duration, termination and as well as its later improved edition.
