Hadhrat Anas (Radiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said:
“Indeed a person, by virtue of his good character, reaches the highest stages of Jannah even though he has not exerted himself much in ibaadah. Many times a person reaches the depths of Jahannam as a result of his bad character”. (Allah Ta`ala forbid!) (Tabrani)
